Land of the Long White Cloud (Part I)
I had some trouble getting started with this post, partly because of Blog Fatigue and partly because it is hard for me to describe just how brilliant New Zealand was. Known by the indeginous Maoris as Aotearoa (Land of the Long White Cloud), I will remember New Zealand not only for the family I caught up with after decades of distance, but also for the awe-inspiring scenery, the friendly people and just the general feeling that you’re in a very special place.
